As the Philadelphia 76ers continue to get acclimated to life inside the Orlando bubble, here is Part 2 of former players that would’ve made a difference.

The Philadelphia 76ers have officially begun play inside the bubble, starting with a scrimmage this past Friday against the Memphis Grizzlies.

While these scrimmages don’t count for anything on paper, the Sixers are fortunate to have this extra time to experiment with their healthy rotations, before they officially tip-off against the Indiana Pacers on Aug. 1.

The news that Ben Simmons will be playing more off the ball has been the focus for many, especially after head coach Brett Brown dropped a tidbit on Simmons’ shooting last week.

It’ll be interesting to see how Brown’s better-late-than-never move will create more spacing in the offense as the early stages of the league’s restart move along, and if ultimately, this can ameliorate the Sixers’ ongoing shooting concerns ahead of the playoffs.

This team, unmarred by injury, is one to watch. It may feel like a lifetime ago, but there is a reason they started the 2019-20 season with a 5-0 record. Fans, virtual fans, or no fans might play a small factor. But naturally, the Sixers’ kryptonite will always come down to if a player, God forbid, gets injured or tests positive for the coronavirus. That means the Sixers, yet again, would be forced to look for options down the bench, and Brown’s rotational plan becomes moot.

Thus brings us to the second list of former players that would’ve assisted Philly’s ultimate goal of winning a championship.
