Enes Kanter has certainly not been shy in regards to voicing his opinions since joining the Boston Celtics during the offseason.

Enes Kanter believes that the Boston Celtics have the best team chemistry in the entire NBA.

As we know, the Celtics were already a tight-knit group and the NBA bubble is only making the team chemistry, friendships, and comradery much stronger than maybe we thought was possible.

In order to have a strong connection with your teammates on the court, you need to have an even stronger bond with them off the court. In doing so, understanding, learning, and getting to know a teammate as a friend and the person that he is outside of basketball will go a long way in regards to the overall chemistry of the team.

The NBA’s Disney World bubble offers that experience and the Celtics are taking complete advantage of it. In recent days since the initial quarantine has ended, we have seen members of the team hit the golf course, the swimming pool, playing video games, go on bike tours, playing volleyball, and even catch some movies and watch game films with each other.

For the most part, the Celtics players are essentially doing almost everything together as if they’re inseparable, which is an aspect that fans are unable to see when everyone is back home with their own lives and families in Boston. But since they’re all thrown in this bubble together… why not?

Jayson Tatum is definitely living his best life in Disney World. When he’s not at practice with the team, he’s been perfecting his golfing skills and has played some rounds with teammate Kemba Walker. Tatum has also recently played an animated and competitive game of one-on-one with the other franchise pillar for the Boston Celtics in Jaylen Brown.

Another player living his best life in the bubble is Marcus Smart. Smart has been seen doing what looks like every activity Disney has to offer the NBA players with a variety of different teammates. Along with Vincent Poirier and Kanter, Smart took part in a swimming race between the two big men that was filmed by Tacko Fall, as well as playing beach volleyball with his three big men teammates.

As previously mentioned, enhancing relationships and comradery off the court will go a long way in regards to their on-court, finished commodity. Kanter agrees with this concept as he expressed himself after Sunday’s practice.

"“It’s important to keep building that team chemistry. Everybody is away from their family, so this is our family now. For the next three months, these guys are my brothers, this is my family. So we’re just going to go out there and have fun, play hard, play smart, and push each other, but at the same time have fun every single day.” – Enes Kanter, per Taylor Snow of Celtics.com"

Building off of what Kanter said about “having fun” with his teammates, Celtics coach Brad Stevens elaborated about the importance of having fun and a good time off the court and not necessarily basketball related.

"“I just want us to have a joyful period. I think that it’s not just about the games right now. It’s about that there are 21 other hours when you are in the hotel. So maybe you find a couple of hours to do the optional shooting. Maybe you have a dinner or a breakfast with a teammate, a coaching staff member, whatever the case may be. But you’re trying to make sure we all fill those hours appropriately and utilize this unique time together.” – Brad Stevens, per Taylor Snow of Celtics.com"

It’s going to be great to see how the Celtics can mold this unique experience into a successful playoff run as we finally approach the NBA restart.
