6. Anthony Bennett

You could make the argument that Eyenga deserves to be higher than Anthony Bennett on this list. Many Cavs diehards would probably put Bennett at the bottom of this list, then burn the list.

Bennett was the first overall pick of the 2013 Draft, a year before Wiggins held the same distinction. Bennett was the first Canadian selected with the top pick in NBA Draft history. Wiggins was the second. Their similarities continue to their contributions to the Cavs, where Wiggins contributed precisely nothing.

As a rookie, Bennett’s struggles were immediate and obvious. He never came close to putting it together, with one of his best games coming in a 100-89 loss to the New Orleans Pelicans, where he scored 15 points and grabbed eight rebounds. He averaged just 4.2 points and 3.0 rebounds per game over his rookie season.

Bennett remained tied to Wiggins after the former’s rookie season, as he also went to Minnesota in the Kevin Love deal. From there, Bennett played for the Timberwolves, Toronto Raptors, and Nets before finding himself out of the league. He was most recently spotted with the Houston Rockets, where he was waived during training camp.

Acrimony towards Bennett only grows when looking to see who was drafted after the forward in 2013. Cleveland missed out on Victor Oladipo, Rudy Gobert, and Giannis Antetokounmpo, among others. Yikes.
