1. Game 28

Celtics 118 – Raptors 102

At Christmas, the Celtics were fighting the Milwaukee Bucks for the number one seed in the East, and with a trip north of the border, were hoping to make the deficit between the top two teams even smaller. The Toronto Raptors, on the other hand, were facing many injuries which led to a drop in the standings.

The Raptors came out strong, started the game on a 10-0 run, but the Celtics came right back with a nine to nothing run of their own. Boston built a 28-19 lead by the end of the first. Jaylen Brown missed one shot.

Fred VanFleet then got hot, scoring 10 points in the second period, on just seven shots. The Celtics still held an eight-point leading going into halftime. This quarter, Jaylen Brown was perfect from the field.

The Celtics were able to hold on to their lead for a victory in the fourth, and Brown missed a couple more shots, bringing his miss total to three.

Jaylen Brown finished the game with 30 points and a true shooting percentage of 96! On defense, his opponents went 3-of-11. He even added four assists and six rebounds to his game totals.
