The NBA is coming back in less than two months. Ratified last week, 22 teams will be traveling to Disney World to finish their seasons. But what have been the worst things to happen for each team this year?

With the announcement last week the NBA is officially on track to return at the end of next month, we’re nearly through the time of looking back and guessing at what may come in the future. That being said, we still have time to look back at the worst things that have happened to each team this season.

Not all of these are actual problems. Some will be funny or somewhat meaningless. Not all teams have had something truly bad happen to them. Others were completely derailed by an injury or a moment that will change the way we look at them going forward. Whether it be ugly jerseys, refusing to stand for social justice, or having a couple of former players turning into clowns on national TV, not all worst moments are created equal.

This will serve as a primer to look back on what has happened so far this season in a way to look forward to the playoffs for the 22 teams returning in July and to plan for next season for those that are not. Learning from mistakes and embracing change is important for evolution. We are not ranking these because that is far too subjective. We will be going in alphabetical order looking at the worst moments for each team this season.
