LA Clippers: 3 things to watch for the rest of season

Overall team play

How will this team play? Will they come out flat? It has been a while since they have played with each other. Everybody knows the quality may suffer in the early stages but teams haven’t played in a while and it will be interesting to see how the chemistry will be for the teams. The Clippers have some of the best chemistry in the NBA. We’ll see how that plays out during the competition.

Role players are crucial pieces during playoff runs. An X-factor can carry you through a tough game or a tough series. How will the Clippers role players look? They have some of the toughest role players in the league in Lou Williams and Montrezl Harrell that make up the best bench in the NBA. They should be equipped to handle this situation.

With no home court which is where role players shine we will see how the Clippers players will respond.

As for the superstars in Kawhi Leonard and Paul George they have missed time with injury. Now that they have been rested it will be interesting to see how they respond after the layoff.

Leonard was well-rested last year and we saw how that turned out. George suffered last year with his shoulder injury. After this long layoff, we will see how he fares.
