Jerome Williams

The second player on this list nicknamed Junkyard Dog, Jerome Williams started his career in Detroit after being drafted 28th overall out of Georgetown. It should be noted this pick came to the Pistons as part of the Dennis Rodman trade three years prior.

Over a three year stretch during his Pistons run he would appear in every game for the team and during his tenure there he would average 6.3 points and 6.7 rebounds in a mostly reserve role. He was traded at the 2001 trade deadline, alongside Eric Montross, to the Raptors for Corliss Williamson, David Kornel, Ty Corbin and a first-round pick. This led to the most successful individual run for Williams. He would start in 107 out of 180 games and averaged 7.9 points and 7.0 rebounds.

He would be traded to the Bulls during the 2003-2004 season which marked his last run as a start in 53 total games with the Bulls. He would be traded again that offseason to his last stop with the New York Knicks. During his post-playing career he has moved into youth player development and work with Basketball without Borders, growing the game in a variety of ways and giving back.
