Elton Brand

Elton Brand is one of the great players of the LA Clippers franchise. In seven seasons with the team, he averaged 20.3 points and 10.3 rebounds. What he could help this team with is their efficiency in the half-court.

The Clippers as a team are 11th in field goal percentage. With a player like Brand down low who would command the ball the Clippers would have more offense in the half-court. In addition to having more offense, it would be more efficient.

More from LA Clippers

Brand as a member of the Clippers shot 51.4 percent from the field. The best field goal percentage in the starting lineup is Ivica Zubac (60.1 percent) but he doesn’t command the ball as Brand would.

With Brand added to this team, the Clippers would be getting another player that can average 20 points per game. His best season with the team was 2005-06 in which he averaged 24.7 points per game. He made the All-Star team that year.

This year Leonard averaged 26.9 points per game and George averaged 21.0 points per game. With Brand in his prime, they would be getting a third or possible second option to their team.

With Elton Brand, the Clippers would be getting an efficient superstar that can provide easy baskets for them down low.
