LA Clippers have the chance to win multiple championships
The LA Clippers are a tough team and if everything goes right in the future they are set up to contend for championships year in and year out.
The LA Clippers had a great first year that showed a lot of promise for the future. In head to head games against other top opponents, they showed that the team had enough talent to be able to stay with those teams.

When the season started they were without Paul George and they were able to win the first game of the season against a tough opponent in the Los Angeles Lakers. During the season they were able to win two games against their rivals across the hallway while the Lakers took just one game.
Kawhi Leonard has already shown that he can handle a potential Giannis Antetokounmpo matchup in the Finals. The suspension of the season has to be a real damper on the Clippers championship hopes this season.
As teammates on the wing, Paul George and Kawhi Leonard were able to co-exist. It was already known that George would have to take a step back for the more efficient Leonard. George was coming off an MVP caliber season with the Oklahoma City Thunder and to win he would have to let Leonard be the best player on the team.
Even though Leonard was out most of the time due to load management this team was still able to finish the regular season as the second-best team in the West.
The added pieces like Marcus Morris and Reggie Jackson along with the scoring prowess of Lou Williams have given them the best depth in the league. This team was a real threat to go far in the playoffs. We all wanted to see a matchup between them and the Lakers in the Western Conference Finals and we still might.
No team looks the same year in and year out and the season potentially ending can be a real issue for the Clippers future plans. This team as long as they keep their main pieces though will be a contender to win the NBA championship for years to come. In this article, we look at why this team is so dominant.
