Redrafting the 2015 NBA Draft: Role players everywhere

#15 Pick: Cedi Osman (Originally: Kelly Oubre Jr.)
Washington traded up to take Oubre, giving up the 19th overall pick as well as two future second-round picks. Oubre did not have much success in his first two years but since then he became a stronger scorer and a trade asset for Washington, which is also why he went much higher in the redraft.
Cedi Osman did not come over to the league immediately so this is a bit of a longer form play for the Wizards. After a slow first year as a rookie where he did not get much run on an NBA Finals-bound Cleveland Cavaliers team, he took off on a team in the midst of a rebuild. Osman has missed only six games since moving into the starting lineup and has averaged 13 points and 11 points per game in those seasons.
Efficient 3-point shooting sets him slightly apart from Oubre, shooting a stellar 38.3 percent from distance this season. He is also a slightly better playmaker. While Oubre is the better player there is an argument to be made the Osman fits the roster in Washington better as someone Beal or Wall could kick out to who could also be a reliable bench scorer as well.
