This Hornets roster is kind of a mess but they also have a lot of young guys that they would be hesitant to give up on quickly, namely young big men Bismack Biyombo, Noah Vonleh and Cody Zeller. However, that did not stop them from taking Frank Kaminsky so in that vein I am going with a center who is clearly superior.
Myles Turner has gotten something of a bad rap in Indiana because Domantas Sabonis has surpassed him and he is not an elite rebounder. However, he is an elite defensive anchor, finishing fifth in Defensive Player of the Year voting last season and leading the league in blocks with 2.7 per game.

Myles Turner is also a career 35.4 percent 3-point shooter. He will become more appreciated wherever he goes next solely because he will not be coming in with the expectations of a lottery pick but as a solid defensive anchor. This is a huge improvement over Kaminsky for sure.
