At the head of those plans is Devin Booker. Booker’s season has been his best yet, showing massive improvement in his overall offensive and defensive production. He has become the player that Suns’ fans have been begging for. Booker has easily certified himself as one of the most versatile scorers in the league, so it’s more than logical for the Suns to feature him in their future plans.
While he hasn’t been able to notch up 70 points like he did in 2017, Booker has still provided some amazing scoring efforts, as well as some great all-around efforts. His dominant and consistent scoring earned him a spot in the All-Star Game, which was more than well deserved.
Booker has completely altered himself from a dominant scorer to a reliable, well-rounded guard. He hasn’t made huge statistical improvements, but watching his games shows his improving playmaking and defense, as well as his improved field-goal percentage.
Still, Booker’s massive impact on the Suns has had fans looking toward the future with great regard. Pairing this shining star with the two-way presence of Kelly Oubre Jr. and the back-to-basket dominance of Deandre Ayton, and you have yourself a powerhouse force.
So, let’s count down Devin Booker’s five best performances this season, shall we?
