No. 2 Add retired players

While coaches and executives don’t necessarily have a plethora of things on their plate like one would assume they do during the regular season, there is still work to be done. In preparation should league play resume, getting ready to deal with contracts in the off-season, watching film of potential NBA draftees, etc.

Current players are also home for an extended amount of time, which isn’t normal. Many players are taking advantage of the moment by spending time with family. Staying fit and up-to-snuff on their skills is also a high priority. While the general public has plenty of time and so do the players, there are still things to be done and taken care of, in spite of the situation we’re all in.

On the other hand, guys like Dirk Nowitzki, Kevin Garnett, Steve Nash, Ray Allen, etc have been in the retirement game for a little while now. To say the least, they’re probably available. As cornerstone members of one or more franchises, these current and future Hall of Famers would be welcomed back with open arms for rebroadcast games.

While Luka Doncic has stepped in as the star and MVP candidate for the Dallas Mavericks, Nowitzki built the team into what it is today. On top of that, Nowitzki played with the young phenom. Hearing a legend explain certain facets of the newer generations’ game would be more than fun.
