We talk a lot about the greatness of Nikola Jokic, but what about the other guys? Here are the best games this season from the rest of the Denver Nuggets.

The Denver Nuggets currently sit at third in the Western Conference behind a 43-22 record, and while a lot of the team’s success can be attributed to the excellent play of superstar center Nikola Jokic, there are nine other guys on the team who have played significant minutes and made significant contributions for the Nuggets this season.

This won’t cover everyone, so guys who just joined the squad weren’t included, such as Keita Bates-Diop, Jordan McRae or Noah Vonleh, given that they’ve each suited up for at most four games with limited playing opportunity.

Additional honorable mentions to PJ Dozier for his 15 points against the Houston Rockets on Jan. 22, to Malik Beasley for his 27-point, five-3-pointer outing against the Golden State Warriors on Jan. 16, and to Juan Hernangomez for his 15-point, four-triple night against the Memphis Grizzlies on Nov. 17.

The latter two will be missed, while we remain excited to see what the former can do for the team in the future. We will, however, cover each significant rotational contributor to the Denver Nuggets so far this season.

To determine each player’s best game, several factors were considered, namely their individual stat lines on the night and the context of their performance. In most cases, contributions made in a victory were ranked as superior to those made in a losing effort.

However, if a player stepped up to keep things close in that losing effort, particularly when the rest of the squad was having an off night, then their performance could be rated especially highly.

That being said, in no particular order, here are the best individual games from each Nugget in the rotation, starting with the promising rookie, Michael Porter Jr.
