12. Mike Bibby

Mike Bibby was also a Knick at one point, following on his father’s footsteps. His father, Henry Bibby, was a member of the legendary 1972-73 Knicks team that ended up winning the franchise’s second and most recent NBA Championship.

After a lengthy and quite successful NBA career, Bibby decided to end his career with the Knicks, signing with the team during the offseason for his 14th season.

He would mostly serve as a back-up to a rookie Iman Shumpert and a Jeremy Lin who was having his “Linsanity” moments that will forever be remembered in New York Knicks history. It’s actually quite depressing thinking that this team was the best Knicks team of the decade.

Regardless of the latter stages of his career, Bibby was once considered a clear star. He led the Sacramento Kings to a Western Conference Finals appearance and lost to the Los Angeles Lakers in a tight game 7.

His ability to score the ball quickly, in addition to his quick handles and the volume and efficiency at which he scored his 3-point shots made him a fan favorite in Sacramento.
