13. Jarrett Jack (2012-13)

Jarrett Jack has played 13 seasons in the NBA and only once did he post a positive plus/minus per 100 possessions. That came back during the 2012-13 season, his only stint with the Golden State Warriors.

That season was the foundation for Golden State’s championship dynasty, the ending of a five-year playoff drought thanks largely to Jack’s contributions off the bench.

He averaged 12.9 points, 5.6 assists and 3.1 rebounds a game, often functioning as the late-game decision-maker while Stephen Curry acclimated himself to the newfound stardom he’d earned.

Jack finished third in the voting for Sixth Man of the Year and was even better in the playoffs. As the Warriors made a surprise appearance in the second round, Jack averaged 17.2 points and 4.7 assists per game to help the Dubs take San Antonio six games before being eliminated.

After fostering the growth of a future two-time MVP along with Klay Thompson and Draymond Green, Jack’s influence on the Golden State Warriors wouldn’t end even after signing with the Cleveland Cavaliers as a free agent that offseason.

Before he signed on in the summer of 2016, Kevin Durant rung the well-respected veteran for his take on his former team. Jack gave a glowing endorsement of his former organization and teammates.

Two championships later and the rest is history.
