15 players you forgot played for the Golden State Warriors
14. Nate Robinson (2011-12)
Nate Robinson made a lot of stops over the course of a decade-long career, including the Golden State Warriors during the 2011-12 campaign.
He signed as a free agent several weeks into the lockout-shortened campaign. With Curry eventually missing 40 games due to ankle issues, Robinson provided some much-needed depth at the point guard position.
It was a fairly productive run for Robinson in limited nightly minutes, where he averaged 11.2 points and 4.5 assists in just 23.4 minutes a night.

There was a 24-point four-steal outing to help take down the Miami Heat and their vaunted Big 3. Robinson broke then-Oklahoma City Thunder guard Reggie Jackson‘s ankles in a game that also included an always entertaining half-court buzzer-beater from the 5’9” dynamo.
Whether it was those types of stellar outings or others less productive, one always hard to keep watch of Nate the Great given the incredible feats he could pull off at any moment.
Though he’d wind up elsewhere the following season, Robinson’s trademark energy and self-confidence was a breath of fresh air for a Golden State Warriors team littered with injuries and just 23 wins — out of 66 games.
