The NBA’s waiver wire always sees movement following the deadline. Could the Wizards have interest in players among the buyout market?

It may be among the longest of long shots, but the Washington Wizards still have their eyes on the playoffs, at 18-33.

Could they find some win now help in the ever-evolving buyout market?

It features names like Tyler Johnson, Dion Waiters, and potentially Evan Turner (to be determined) or Reggie Jackson (also to be determined). A look at the Washington Wizards’ playoff chances, and whether any of the buyout market’s top players would be a fit.

Playoff Chances

That being said, if the Wizards are headed for a matchup with the Bucks, they’ll need all the help they can get. The question is, will players who can sign with the NBA’s best willingly sign on with Washington? A look at some faces on the buyout market, and the likelihood of mutual interest.
