One trade each NBA team should consider

Yes, another Demar DeRozan trade. The Denver Nuggets have been among the best teams in the NBA this season. However, Gary Harris hasn’t gotten back to being the scorer he once was. If the Spurs think a change of scenery is what he needs, perhaps they would flip DeRozan for him. Again, this would help them work towards getting younger without blowing it up and rebuilding.

For Denver, DeRozan would complete their star-studded starting lineup. Can you imaging a lineup including Jamal Murray, DeMar DeRozan, Will Barton, Paul Millsap, and Nikola Jokic? Now that’s scary. Again, it comes down to what direction the Spurs want to go.

Denver’s talent is mostly young, so their window of contention isn’t necessarily small. However, if they want to quickly jump the ranks and become a powerhouse in the Western Conference, DeRozan would be the guy.
