Another surprise team this season has been the Memphis Grizzlies. Who would have thought they would be in the playoff race more than halfway into the season?

While they were a team who were expected to be a seller at the deadline, perhaps they could be a sneaky buyer. They haven’t had any luck in trading Andre Iguodala, so why not package him in a side-step sort of move?

Getting a first-round pick as well as Hassan Whiteside would only help them this season as well as in the future. Whiteside would be a great complement off the bench or as a starter to complement Jonas Valanciunas.

While it is a lot for Portland to give up for Iguodala and Jae Crowder, these are both guys who are experienced in the playoffs and could help shake things up in Portland. With their backs against the wall, Memphis could look to get a great deal with the Trail Blazers.
