After opening a six-game road trip with wins at Detroit and Denver, the Cleveland Cavaliers finished it last week with a thud, going 0-4, including a come-from-ahead loss at Chicago Saturday night in which they blew a 15-point lead to open the fourth quarter before losing 118-116.

Collin Sexton had 26 points in the loss, but also committed a key foul on Zach LaVine that led to a three-point play to put the Cavaliers down by four with just 16.5 seconds remaining. Cleveland still had a chance to tie late, but Kevin Love misfired on a short bank shot with 2.7 seconds left.

Sexton continued to put up solid numbers, averaging 23.8 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3.3 assists in 33.5 minutes per game, shooting 48.7 percent overall and 50.0 percent on 5.5 3-point attempts a game.

This week: Monday at Miami, Wednesday at Detroit, Friday at Chicago

After losing three in a row at home, the Sacramento Kings opened a four-game road trip Saturday night with their fourth straight loss, a 22-point drubbing at Utah, to close out an 0-3 week. It started on Monday when the Kings lost to the Magic on a three-point play by Aaron Gordon with 1.1 seconds left.

De’Aaron Fox posted three straight double-doubles before falling short Saturday at Utah and had a season-high 31 points in the loss to the Magic on Monday. For the week, he put up 26.3 points, 10.0 assists, 6.3 rebounds and 1.0 steals in 35.2 minutes per game, shooting 64.7 percent overall and dropping in 4-of-8 from 3-point range. The 9-for-17 foul shooting is a concern, however.
