1. John Henson

John Henson is the easiest player for the Cleveland Cavaliers to trade.

When healthy, Henson has just about everything a playoff-contending team could ask for. He has veteran experience and is a talented player on a low-budget contract.

Henson has played few minutes for the Cavaliers this season, but has been productive in nearly every game. He is posting numbers of 11.7 points and 10.2 rebounds per 36 minutes. He displays poise in the post and a knack for putting himself in position for rebounds.

The Cavaliers have little use for Henson aside from the occasional burst off of the bench. For a team that is looking to focus more on its younger players, there isn’t much reason for the franchise to keep Henson around any longer.

Likewise, for Henson, he would be much better off on a team that could utilize him in a playoff run. It’s easy to imagine Henson playing a key role as a steady force with the second unit of a competitive team.
