. 11-5. Previous: . Utah Jazz. 9. team. 118

Last week: Lost to Minnesota 112-102, won at Minnesota 103-95, beat Golden State 113-109, beat New Orleans 128-120

This week: Monday at Milwaukee, Wednesday at Indiana, Friday at Memphis

The Utah Jazz bounced back from a tough home-court loss to Minnesota on Monday by winning three straight games before starting what could be a challenging four-game road trip with visits to the Bucks and Pacers.

The Jazz didn’t have two-time Defensive Player of the Year Rudy Gobert for their win over New Orleans on Saturday and — not coincidentally — Utah surrendered a season-high 120 points to the Pelicans while still getting the win. Gobert is questionable Monday as Utah opens its road trip in Milwaukee.

With Gobert out and Ed Davis still recovering from a fractured left fibula, project Tony Bradley made his first career start Saturday night and had 14 points and nine rebounds in 22 minutes. Bradley has played 113 minutes this season after totaling 65 in his first two years combined.

Donovan Mitchell led the way against the Pelicans with 37 points. He didn’t have a particularly efficient week, averaging 27.5 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.3 assists in 35.7 minutes per game while shooting only 39.2 percent overall. Mitchell did knock down 42.1 percent on 9.5 3-point attempts per night. He was a combined 7-for-31 from 2-point range in the home-and-home against Minnesota.

110. . 11-4. Previous: . Miami Heat. 8. team

Last week: Beat Cleveland 124-100, won at Chicago 116-108, lost at Philadelphia 113-86

This week: Monday vs. Charlotte, Wednesday at Houston, Friday vs. Golden State

The Miami Heat took a bit of a tumble down the rankings this week after taking their worst loss of the season Saturday night in Philadelphia.

The Heat are 11-4, but have only won twice against teams that currently are better than .500 — an overtime victory at Milwaukee on Oct. 26 and a blowout of the Rockets on Nov. 3. The loss to the 76ers also snapped Miami’s five-game winning streak.

It was a mixed bag on return games for Jimmy Butler this week. Butler torched the Chicago Bulls on Friday for 27 points with seven assists, five rebounds and four steals before he was held to 11 points on 4-of-13 shooting at Philadelphia, finishing with five boards, three assists and two steals.

For the week, Butler put up 19.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 2.7 steals and 1.3 blocks in 32.3 minutes per game, shooting 35.9 percent overall and 3-for-8 from 3-point range. Butler did draw some contact, however, hitting 28-of-30 from the foul line (93.3 percent).
