2. Ball movement
Head coach John Beilein deserves an endless amount of credit for changing the culture in Cleveland. Beilein has initiated a system in which every player feels involved in the offense and the team is benefiting because of it.
The Cleveland Cavaliers have a more balanced approach on offense now. Five players are averaging double-digits in scoring while two others remain just below the 10 points per game threshold.
Though the team still has a tendency to revert to isolation basketball in key moments, there is no doubt that a more fluid offense has been displayed. Things are at their best when the Cavaliers are sticking to the game plan.
A heavy pick-and-roll style has taken over the Cavaliers. Cleveland ranks 11th in the league in terms of pick-and-roll frequency, often putting Tristan Thompson or Kevin Love into the action.

When running to perfection, this screen-and-roll action has opened up the floor for lob passes and clean dishes to the perimeter for 3-point shots.
As the Cavaliers grow more comfortable with each other, expect them to further increase their assists per game number from last season.
