Because the Milwaukee Bucks are heading into a season with championship aspirations, let’s predict how the 2019-20 season will unfold.

In 2018-19, the Giannis Antetokounmpo-led Bucks won 60 of their 82 games and advanced all the way to the Eastern Conference Finals. Although the season ended with a loss to the eventual champion Toronto Raptors, it laid the foundation for what was ahead.
Enter: the 2019-20 campaign. It’s put up or shut up time for coach Mike Budenholzer’s squad. Whether that’s fair or not is open to interpretation but nevertheless, it’s not unreasonable to expect an NBA Finals appearance from such a talented team. The band is back together (minus Malcolm Brogdon) and it’s safe to say Antetokounmpo is one of the best players in the conference.
What’s in store for the Bucks this season? A top-two finish in the Eastern Conference is a mortal lock and another trip to the ECF is likely but outside of that, does this team have championship DNA? There are tons of questions left unanswered, and some of them won’t be sorted out until May or June roll around.
