6. Danuel House, Houston Rockets

Danuel House is entering his fourth year in the NBA, but he’s working from a tiny 63-game, 16-start sample size in his first three years combined.

House has fought the injury bug during his career and this year will determine whether those injuries will force him out of the league entirely.

When he actually made it onto the floor, he was a guy who could knock down open looks (41.6 percent from 3 and a whopping .646 TS%) and spot up like Trevor Ariza, the guy Houston previously had on their team to play that role before he decamped first for Phoenix and then for Washington last season.

If House can stay on the floor, he has a chance to develop into a critical spot shooter for Houston’s artillery gunner offense.

If he gets hurt again, though, the $11.15 million contract over the next three years that House signed with the Rockets in July might be the last money he ever sees in an NBA uniform.
