20. Landry Shamet and Ivica Zubac (L.A. Clippers)

The LA Clippers are one of those championship hopefuls that will rely on veterans — led by superstars Kawhi Leonard and Paul George — while asking the youngsters to just play their role and not get in the way.

The good thing is that 22-year-old shooting guard Landry Shamet and 22-year-old center Ivica Zubac have already been weaved into the fold and picked up some playoff experience after joining the Clips in separate midseason trades.

Shamet came to L.A. from the Philadelphia 76ers as part of the Tobias Harris deal, and he had a few standout moments while averaging 7.7 points per game in the playoffs.

Zubac merely changed locker rooms after the Lakers sent him to the Clippers in one of those relatively minor deadline trades that barely generated a headline, but the 7-footer wound up being the starting center on a playoff team.

Moving forward, Shamet and Zubac should be valuable rotation players for a team that will be a popular championship pick for years to come.
