After coming closer to the playoffs last season, the Sacramento Kings and a few of their specific players will look to take another leap forward this year.

With how young their roster was, simply getting an extra year of experience under their belt was key in moving forward and becoming a more consistent team.
With a record of 39-43, Sacramento finished ninth in the Western Conference, making them the best non-playoff team.
After re-signing Harrison Barnes and acquiring Dewayne Dedmon, Trevor Ariza and Cory Joseph, the Kings have added much needed veteran experience to complement the amount of talented young players on the roster.
If they really want to ensure a playoff berth, one of these young guys will need to have a breakout season.
