1. Kevin Love

Ceiling: All-Star Selection

It feels like many people are forgetting how talented Kevin Love is. Just a few years ago, he was an All-NBA member and one of the best forwards in the league. After taking on a decreased role behind Kyrie Irving and LeBron James, Love finds himself desperate to prove his worth yet again.

Love has already earned a massive contract extension from the front office and appreciation from the fans. However, we are all hoping to see him return to the All-Star he once was.

Last season, Love showed us all that he still has some gas left in the tank. Averaging 17.0 points and 10.9 rebounds in the few games that he was healthy, Love played a pivotal role in helping the Cleveland Cavaliers win a couple of matches towards the end of the season.

His biggest concern is health. It has been three years since Love played in more than 70 games during a single season. The team desperately needs Love to be on the floor as his scoring and rebounding make him irreplaceable.

Assuming that the help of Collin Sexton, Cedi Osman and Darius Garland will alleviate some pressure from Love and allow him to preserve his body, Love could be an All-Star again this year.

Of course, a lot of stuff will have to fall Love’s way this year. Most importantly, he will need to appear in at least 60 games. Still, a healthy Kevin Love is capable of taking the Cavaliers to a surprisingly successful season and returning to All-Star form.
