2. Dylan Windler

The only one of these three to play in the Las Vegas Summer League, Dylan Windler may be the best pick the Cleveland Cavaliers made in terms of pure fit.

Last season, the Cavaliers had one of the worst offenses in the entire league. They were particularly bad at shooting, ranking in the bottom 10 for 3-pointers made per game. As a result, spacing was an ongoing issue for the Cavs.

This is where Windler will thrive. Windler built his college career off of being a sniper from deep, connecting on 3.0 deep shots per game on 42.9 percent shooting. He showed off this range during the Summer League, scoring 11.0 points a night and putting on a show during heat-check moments.

We have seen players with similar builds to Windler have success in the NBA. Bojan Bogdanovic and Joel Ingles both come to mind as guys with size on the wing who can hit an outside shot. If Windler becomes anywhere near as productive as those two guys then he will be an amazing asset for the Cavaliers.

Playing four seasons for Belmont, Windler is the most polished and NBA ready of the Cavaliers rookies. With this being said, Windler will probably have the easiest time transitioning to the pros and helping the team right away. Still, one Cavs rookie has the potential to eclipse Windler in overall impact.
