The Cleveland Cavaliers have three promising rookies joining their team this season. Who will have the greatest impact on the team?

The 2019 NBA Draft was a big one for the Cleveland Cavaliers. A franchise desperately attempting to rebuild itself in the aftermath of losing both Kyrie Irving and LeBron James in back-to-back years, the Cavs need a young player to step up and grab the wheel.

Last season, Cleveland relied heavily on their rookie point guard, Collin Sexton. With the seventh highest usage rating of any rookie and the 56th highest rating in the league, Sexton carried a big load for the Cavaliers and was rewarded greatly in being named to the All-Rookie Second Team.

Luckily, Sexton managed to hold his own. Playing 31.8 minutes per game across all 82 games, Sexton averaged a strong 16.7 points on .430/.402/.839 shooting splits. Despite what his advanced metrics might say, Sexton had a positive impact on his team.

Which Cavaliers rookie will be the one to step up and add to the momentum Sexton has created? With three promising prospects in Darius Garland, Kevin Porter Jr. and Dylan Windler, who will have the greatest impact on the team this season?
