The Portland Trail Blazers currently have 13 players under contract on their roster and will need to add at least two more guys before the 2019-20 season starts.

The Portland Trail Blazers made some big moves this offseason to improve their roster and are one of the few teams who can think they are going to be a title contender in a more well balanced NBA this next year.

Portland re-signed Rodney Hood day one of free agency. They also traded for an elite rim protector, Hassan Whiteside, and a reliable 3-and-D wing, Kent Bazemore.

The Blazers also added Mario Hezonja and Anthony Tolliver, two role players who will provide solid depth coming off the bench.

The main nine-10 man rotation for the Blazers is probably set and they won’t really be looking to add anyone that will play consistent minutes every game.

However, they need to fill out their roster and add players that can step up throughout the season when other guys miss time with injury or rest.

Portland is way above the salary cap and have already used up their entire taxpayer mid-level exception on Hood.

The only way they can add players in free agency is by signing guys to minimum contracts. The Blazers already added Tolliver and Hezonja to minimums and here are five more players they could look to add.
