1. Bojan Bogdanovic

Bojan Bogdanovic isn’t the most exciting name that the Pistons could chase, but he would give them a solid starter at the small forward spot for the next few years while Griffin plays through the remainder of his prime.

He’s a solid secondary scorer having averaged a career-best 18.0 points per game last season. He shot nearly 50.0 percent from the field despite putting up 13.0 shots per game, and he shot 42.5 percent from 3-point range.

Bogdanovic isn’t an elite defender on the wing, but he does have the size to body up with bigger forwards like LeBron James and Kawhi Leonard. He’s also a willing defender that will put in some effort to slow down his opponent. The best way to use him though is as a spot-up shooter that can also do a little ball-handling off of cuts.

Among free agent small forwards, Bogdanovic falls right near the top of the second tier behind guys like Leonard and Kevin Durant along with former Piston Tobias Harris. He would easily be the priciest player on this list, but he is also the one playing the best basketball right now.
