Patrick McCaw: 2 years, $8 million (Toronto Raptors)

Patrick McCaw has been in the NBA for three years. Patrick McCaw has won three championships. Who says the Toronto Raptors are out of the title race in 2020?

In all seriousness, McCaw is a decent, low-cost addition for a team that just lost its two starting wings in Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green. Add him to a list of underwhelming replacements with upside that now includes Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, Stanley Johnson and a (hopefully) healthy OG Anunoby.

Last year, McCaw played a grand total of 26 games, averaging 2.7 points and 1.7 rebounds in 13.2 minutes per game while shooting 44.4 percent from the field and 33.3 percent from downtown. This is a slight overpay for a guy who’s unlikely to earn big minutes, even with Kawhi and Green gone. There will be more opportunities than before, but he’s likely still a fringe rotation guy.

Grade: C+
