Shake Milton: 4 years, $7 million (Philadelphia 76ers)

Shake Milton only appeared in 20 games as a rookie for the Philadelphia 76ers, but apparently that was enough for the team to feel comfortable in giving their second round pick from the 2018 NBA Draft a four-year extension.

Averaging 4.4 points and 1.8 rebounds in 13.4 minutes per game, Milton obviously didn’t get the chance to do a lot on a team contending for the Eastern Conference crown. However, he proved his mettle in the G League, leading the Delaware Blue Coats in scoring with 24.9 points per game on 36.7 percent shooting from 3-point range.

It’s still unclear whether he’ll function as a point guard or a shooting guard at the pro level, especially on a Sixers team with Ben Simmons running the point forward role, but this minuscule, rookie-level extension could be worth his potential at just 22 years old.

Grade: B-
