3. Anthony Tolliver

The stretch-four is one of the hottest commodities in the NBA today. Having a big man who is able to shoot 3-pointers and pull defenders away from the paint has completely changed the way teams run offenses.

This summer a handful of those types of players will be available: Paul Millsap, Jabari Parker, Jamychael Green, Nikola Mirotic and Marcus Morris, just to name a few. With a need for a shooting big man — especially after Patrick Patterson’s disappointing season — the Thunder may target Anthony Tolliver.

While he is older (34) and lacks athleticism (something that Oklahoma City typically covets) Tolliver can help the Thunder in a position that they desperately need: shooting.

Tolliver is a career 37.6 percent 3-point shooter, and just two seasons ago shot a blistering 43.6 percent from beyond the arc on 4.6 attempts per game. If Oklahoma City can manage to find a way to hide his deficiencies, Tolliver could be a bargain value on the free agent market.
