2. Daniel Gafford

An uber-athletic power forward with a similar body build to Anthony Davis, it is a shock more teams weren’t interested in future Chicago Bull, Daniel Gafford.

In his sophomore season for Arkansas, Gafford became a monster. Averaging 16.7 points, 8.7 rebounds and 2.0 blocks per game, he was selected to both the All-SEC and All-Defensive SEC teams.

He has the potential to become a truly deadly two-way force. His jumping ability and speed make him an outstanding shot blocker, while his soft touch around the rim made him a 66.0 percent shooter from the field.

Gafford fits exactly what the Cleveland Cavaliers are currently missing. Outside of a few productive moments from Larry Nance Jr. and Tristan Thompson, the Cavaliers are severely lacking someone that can protect the rim and control the glass. It would have been a ton of fun to watch Gafford run from basket to basket in transition with this guard driven team.

Falling all the way into the early second round, Gafford is certainly going to be looking to prove people wrong. If this happens, the Cavaliers will be wishing they made the decision to draft him.
