The Toronto Raptors are NBA champions for the first time in franchise history. However, their focus must now shift to what’s next. With that being said, here are the three biggest offseason questions facing this team.

The Toronto Raptors managed to do what had not been done over the past two seasons: Beating the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals.

Sure, the Dubs were a bit shorthanded, to say the least. They were without the services of Kevin Durant, who missed the first four games of the Finals due to a calf injury. He eventually returned in Game 5, scoring 11 points in 12 minutes before leaving for good with a torn Achilles.

Sharpshooter Klay Thompson tore his ACL in Game 6, dealing the defending champs yet another blow they could not overcome. Although the Dubs weren’t at full strength, give Toronto credit for making the most of its opportunity and beating Golden State in all three road games at Oracle Arena.

Now that the Raptors are NBA champions, they only have so much time to bask in the joy of what they just accomplished. With the NBA Draft and free agency period on the horizon, here’s a look at the three biggest offseason questions for the Raptors.
