The Chicago Bulls have missed the playoffs in three of the past four seasons. Here’s a look at the team’s three biggest offseason questions.

The Chicago Bulls haven’t had an easy time of it over the past few seasons. For starters, they haven’t won more than 42 games in the past four years. Secondly, the Bulls have missed the playoffs in three of the past four seasons.

In 2018-19, Chicago won just five times through the first 24 games. Former coach Fred Hoiberg was fired and the team finished the season with just 22 wins. This win total represents the fifth-worst record in franchise history and it was the fourth-worst record in the NBA.

Following a season in which they lost 60 games for the first time since 2001-02, the Bulls know they have work to do if they want to return to relevance. With that being said, here’s a look at the team’s biggest questions for the upcoming offseason.
