The 26th pick in the 2019 NBA Draft could prove to be useful to the Cleveland Cavaliers. Here are five potential prospects they could select.

It’s not very often a team picks up a valuable player towards the end of the first round, but every once in a while there is a hidden gem waiting to be found. The Cleveland Cavaliers will be looking to find their diamond in the rough with the 26th overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft.

Most of the time, the best players in the draft are taken within the first 10 selections. However, this doesn’t mean there haven’t been some notable names to fall deeper in the order. Take Giannis Antetokounmpo for example.

Despite being drafted 15th overall, the Greek Freak is the favorite to win the MVP award this season.

As for the Cavaliers, they will be drafting a bit farther in the order than 15th. Still, the NBA has seen plenty of success stories from prospects taken late in the first round and even some in the second round.

A few notable names include Manu Ginobili, Dennis Rodman, Gilbert Arenas, Draymond Green and Isaiah Thomas.

While the 2019 NBA Draft isn’t seen as a deep one by most, the Cavaliers will do their best to find a player that can blossom into something valuable. Let’s look at five prospects that the Cavs could potentially draft with the 26th pick.
