4. Tacko Fall

Someone is going to take a chance on one of the biggest — literally — prospects of all time. Why not Toronto?

Tacko Fall has come a long way from his freshman season at UCF, when he was all height but little skill. He has since developed into a potent weapon whose presence on the floor — and lack thereof — was acutely felt during the Golden Knights’ big upset of Duke in the NCAA Tournament.

The big man averaged 11.1 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 2.6 blocks per game, shooting nearly 75 percent from the field.

Fall will need time to develop in the pros, possibly even a few years before he can be a rotational piece in the NBA. Additionally, injury concerns will always exist for a player who tops out at 7’7″.

The penultimate pick is all about development, though, not instant impact.

If the Raptors are patient, they can add another member to their international brigade (Fall is from Senegal) of current and future ballers.
