Highlights

D’Angelo Russell was a highlight machine in the 2018-19 season. With his flashy style of play, he was being shown on highlight reels all over television and social media.

When it came to scoring, Russell was by far the best he has been in his career thus far. On the season he tallied 13 games with 30 or more points. He even had three 40-point games.

On March 19, Russell scored a career-high 44 points in Nets’ 123–121 win over the Sacramento Kings, including 27 points in the fourth quarter alone. This was probably the most impressive game of his career, completely taking over the contest when it mattered most.

Against the Toronto Raptors late in the season with playoff implications, Russell had one of his best games of the season. He nearly had a triple-double with 28 points, 14 assists and seven rebounds. The 14 assists were a career-high for Russell as he had the entire team getting involved on the offensive end.

There were so many incredible highlights strung together by D’Angelo Russell this season. Between deep 3-pointers, flashy passes, powerful dunks and crafty steals, he had NBA fans across the world on their feet many times. There is nothing quiet about Russell’s game, especially when he gets the ball in big moments.
