3. Murray evens series after heartbreaking quadruple-OT loss
In Game 3 of the Western Conference semifinals, the Denver Nuggets and Portland Trail Blazers gave us one of the most exciting games of the year. In a back-and-forth game with both teams fighting for a 2-1 series lead, Damian Lillard and the Blazers came out on top.
Two days later, after such a heart-breaking loss, the Nuggets bounced back with a vengeance, winning yet another tight game, 116-112. Led by a beautiful scoring display from Jamal Murray, who finished with 34 points on 10-of-20 shooting, the Nuggets sent a message to Portland that they wouldn’t be an easy out.

Game 4 was one that embodied just the type of team Denver was this year: a scrappy, young, fun, athletic group that you knew was going to give it 100 percent every night.
