1. Jokic perfect triple-double puts the league on notice
In the first week of the season, Nikola Jokic gave us the first glimpse of just how special this season was going to be for not only him, but his team as well.
Jokic absolutely carved up the Phoenix Suns’ defense all night, with what could be debated as one of the sharpest all-around offensive games of the NBA regular season.

In a 119-91 blowout win, Jokic posted an absurd stat-line of 35 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists on a perfect 11-of-11 shooting from the floor with zero turnovers.

Jokic entered an elite club that night, joining the all-time great Wilt Chamberlain as the only NBA players to ever record a triple-double while staying perfect from the field. Such a historic performance had to earn the No. 1 spot on the list.
