1.Ā  Best-of-three

The Toronto Raptors tied up the series at two games apiece heading into Milwaukee Thursday night. It now becomes a best-of-three battle.

According to NBA.com, ā€œWhen a series is tied at 2-2, the winner of Game 5 wins the series over 80% of the time.ā€ The Bucks having home-court advantage in the pivotal deciding match could make all the difference. They have not lost three games in a row all season and postseason. Furthermore, this is just the second time this year the Bucks have lost two games straight.

The Bucksā€™ path to the Eastern Conference Finals hasnā€™t been riddled with much adversity. Their first round opponent was without their main star for most of the series and the Boston Celtics were a disaster all season long with poor team chemistry. Meanwhile, the Raptors faced one of the hottest teams going into the postseason and went through a tightly contested seven-game series with the star-studded Philadelphia 76ers.

After Game 4ā€™s blowout win, Toronto has put a large amount of pressure on the opposition heading into Game 5. It will be interesting to see whether the Bucks will be able to adjust accordingly to the Raptorsā€™ collective offensive group of shooters, or if those shooters shy away from the shots on the road and rely on Leonard to carry the team to victory.

Whether itā€™s on the back of their superstars, the Raptors are two wins away from the franchiseā€™s first ever NBA Finals appearance.
