4. Chuma Okeke

A gritty forward who competes on every possession, Chuma Okeke would immediately be a favorite of Brett Brown’s. He was an integral part of a very successful Auburn team that went to the Final Four this season.

Okeke fits the mold of a 3-and-D forward, with his D being the foundation that will earn him trust with his NBA coach.

Okeke uses every inch of his 7’0″ wingspan to make timely rotations and deflections, which resulted in 1.8 steals and 1.2 blocks in 29.1 minutes per game. Combined with his willingness to hustle for loose balls and compete for every rebound, he’ll get minutes right away in most rotations.

Not to mention, his offensive game isn’t too shabby either. A 38.7 percent 3-point shooter on 3.7 attempts per game, Okeke has simple shooting mechanics with minimal hitches. He can immediately step in and be the fifth option in Philly, spacing the floor competently while grinding on the defensive end for his offensive-minded teammates.

With proper development, Okeke could be Ben Simmons‘ partner in crime on that end, feeding off each other with excellent rotations and deflections that are sure to stymie opposing offenses.
