For the third straight season, the Chicago Bulls own the rights to the No. 7 overall pick. Here’s a look at five players that warrant consideration at this spot in the 2019 NBA Draft.

The Chicago Bulls entered the 2018-19 campaign with aspirations of competing for one of the lower playoff seeds in the Eastern Conference. Unfortunately, things didn’t go according to plan thanks to injuries to several key players.

In fact, the Bulls missed a total of 290 games due to injuries. The front office parted ways with head coach Fred Hoiberg after the team dropped 19 of its first 24 games. Chicago finished with a 22-60 record, which was the fourth-worst record in the NBA and the fifth-worst win percentage in franchise history.

On the heels of yet another painful season, Bulls fans were hoping to see their team get one of the top three picks in the upcoming draft. However, the basketball gods had other plans, as the Bulls fell to No. 7 and will have the rights to the seventh overall pick for the third consecutive year.

While dreams of seeing Zion Williamson or Ja Morant in a Bulls uniform can now be put to bed, there are a few other players who may prove to be difference-makers. So without further delay, here’s a look at five players who warrant consideration with the seventh overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft.
