Highlights

Every time Westbrook steps on the court, something magical is bound to happen. He is one of the most exciting players to watch.

He was able to average a triple-double, which made it the third year in a row. He also tied Magic Johnson for the second-most all-time triple-doubles this season.

Westbrook has 138 triple-doubles. Oscar Robertson has the most triple-doubles with 181. He needs 43 triple-doubles to tie Robertson and 44 to be the triple-double king. He may not be able to do it this season, but if anybody can climb that mountain, Westbrook can.

Just this season, he recorded 11 straight triple-doubles — the longest streak in NBA history — and cemented his place among the all-time great performances with a 20-20-20 game of 22 points, 25 rebounds and 21 assists.

He has the record with 42 triple-doubles in one season, so he will have to beat his record if he is going to do it next season. In any case, Westbrook will try and get his fourth straight season averaging a triple-double in 2019-20.
