Final Grade

Terrance Ferguson had a great year in terms of his development. Statistically, it looks like he didn’t do much, but he was able to give the Thunder the 3-point option that they desperately needed at the shooting guard position.

Next year he will have to shoot a better percentage from the 3-point line. The 40.0 percent ballpark is where he will have to shoot. Andre Roberson should be back next year so he will see his minutes drop that could contribute to his development.

His points per game will have to go up next year too. He could be like Steven Adams who has seen an improvement year in and year out.

For him to step up his production he will have to just get more experience playing in the NBA. This year he played and started 74 games which were good for the former first-round pick. Last year he played 61 games but only started 12.

Next. Each team's greatest NBA Draft pick of all-time. dark

Next year he may be fighting to get minutes with Andre Roberson. The Thunder will have to decide whether they want defense or offense in the starting lineup. If Ferguson comes in hungry he could start next year also.

Final Grade: C+
