1. All-around offensive output

Despite some fairly low shooting percentages on the night, the Warriors still managed to overwhelm Houston with a barrage of points from a number of different sources. Namely, their starting lineup.

All five starters for Golden State scored in double-figures. The lights-out trio of Durant, Curry and Thompson combined for 70 points, a little over 60 percent of the Dubs’ total offense. While such a performance has become commonplace for these three, watching the other two starters produce offensively created some massive headaches for the Rockets.

So accustomed to coming off the bench, Andre Iguodala registered 16 points on 6-of-9 shooting overall as a starter, 10 of which came in the first quarter. It was the most points he’s scored in any game this postseason. Combined with Draymond Green’s 15 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists, and you get a five-man unit that’s firing on all cylinders.

The Dubs will be able to count on Curry, KD and Klay more often than not. If they slump, it won’t be for very long. When non-scorers like Iguodala and Draymond are keeping defenses honest with shot-making, though, is when this team truly becomes an unstoppable force — one not even these Rockets can contain or keep up with.
